I do like a good photography quote. The condensed understanding of your process. 

It’s said that if you can’t explain what you do in a sentence or two, then you probably don’t understand it well enough.

This quote is a philosophy, through which my singular understanding of what I thought photography was, was transformed into the study of myself.

And I apply it to everything that I photograph.
